This division of the office handles all the various types of circuit civil cases. Due to the complicated nature of these cases, we ask that parties involved in a circuit civil case keep in touch with your attorney regarding any questions you may have concerning your case. Copies of all notices and judgments are mailed to your attorney. Attorneys are encouraged to use the SJIS system to obtain information regarding the status of a court case. Click here to view filing fees and court costs to help you in initial filing stages of a circuit civil matter.

Note to Attorneys: To cut back on the volume of paperwork, our judges no longer accept courtesy copies of original pleadings. Also see Amended Implementing Order regarding discovery.
